Research has shown that yoga can slow down your heartrate, reduce anxiety and improve your mood. Breath is central to yoga. Yoga teacher Lesley Muir has got together with Marianne Bennison of the Faringdon Clinic to run workshops on how to use yoga to improve the quality of your breathing.
The first workshop, exploring breath, posture and movement, will take place on the afternoon of Saturday 3rd February 2018 from 1-4pm.
A second workshop which will focus on breath and energy is planned for 6th October 2018. Little or no previous experience of yoga is necessary.
The cost is £45 for each workshop with spaces limited to six per workshop.
