Sarah Smith


Sarah graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2003. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

Sarah began her career working in a range of settings in Gloucestershire as a rotational physiotherapist and later gained experience working in specialised areas of paediatrics and mental health.

Sarah currently works at a Senior Physiotherapist for Oxford Health Community Therapy Service treating a broad range of conditions, utilising all aspects of her clinical skills. She has completed a vast amount of post graduate training including masters modules in frailty and dementia care.

Sarah has completed her matwork Pilates training through the renowned Australian Physiothrapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and teaches physio led Pilates classes at the clinic. She assesses clients on a 1:1 basis ensuring all exercises are tailored to individuals needs. Sarah has also completed Kids and Teens Pilates training through APPI and enjoys teaching children's classes.

Outside of work Sarah in a busy mum of three children and enjoys running and keeping active with her children.
