Rachael is a sports and holistic massage therapist with experience of working in clinic and spa environments. She strongly believes that regular massage acts as a powerful form of preventative therapy, helps aid recovery and promotes performance whether one is a sports person or if one has developed poor posture over a period of time.
Massage therapy is known for its physical and psychological health benefits including improved circulation, lowered blood pressure and offers relief from fatigued, tight muscles. Rachael adopts a holistic approach, offering bespoke treatments that are tailored to the needs of the individual in a caring and professional manner. Her treatments include sports and deep tissue massage, myofacial release, swedish massage, indian head massage and pre and post-natal pregnancy massage.
Rachael is a keen runner and regularly takes part in half and full marathons. She is also a member of a local gym where she attends pilates and strength building exercise classes to maintain overall fitness and core stability.
