Jen has always had a background and a keen interest in movement, particularly gymnastics, dance and physical theatre. During her first degree in Theatre and Contemporary Dance, Jen discovered yoga. She was instantly inspired by yoga and found that it enriched her interest and passion for movement. She pursed this interest once graduated and completed her intensive yoga teacher training in Kerala, India. The intensive nature of the course allowed Jen to explore the spiritual roots of yoga, which deepened her experience and practice.
Jen’s continuing interest in the body has since led her to train in Pilates and Massage therapy to further her skills and knowledge base as body practitioner.
Jen also holds a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy and she uses this knowledge to enhance her yoga classes and she hopes in the future to work as a multi-disciplinary body practitioner.
